Additional Fiber Construction Projects Secured by Cal-Ore

RYE, N,Y., September 14, 2026--LICT Corporation ("LICT", OTC Pink®: LICT) announces today, that our subsidiary, Cal-Ore, has signed a series of additional work orders for a large fiber build in California. These three additional projects are expected to deliver approximately $60 million in total revenue, and approximately $20 million in total EBITDA to Cal-Ore during 2027 and 2028. The revenue and EBITDA will be recognized as construction milestones are achieved.
