A view is not an order; it is the plan in one word. All three answer the same question: does today's chart give a reason for a new purchase, and if so, where to buy and where to give up.
BUY
The trend is up: price is above its 50-day average and an entry zone sits on a support. Stop and targets are defined, and the first target is at least 1.5 times the risk away. It means “the plan to buy in this zone is live”, not “buy now”.
What to Do?
If You Don't Own It
Buying is considered inside the zone. If price is above it, the plan does not chase and waits for a pullback; if price falls under the stop, the plan is void and there is no purchase.
If You Own It
The position is held and the stop is watched as the point of giving up. Targets are the stops for taking profit: selling part at one target and carrying the rest to the next is a common approach.
HOLD
The picture is mixed, or the trend is fine but price is far from the entry zone. There is not enough reason for a new purchase or for selling; the plan is waiting for a level to settle.
What to Do?
If You Don't Own It
No rush. If an entry zone is given, wait for price to reach it and for confirmation (a close that holds in the zone, above-average volume); without a zone, watch the listed supports and resistances.
If You Own It
HOLD does not mean sell: the position is held. Watch the stop if one is given, otherwise the nearest support; a break lower can turn the view to SELL.
SELL
The trend is down: price is below its 50 and 200-day averages. With no buying plan there is no entry zone or stop; the listed levels are the resistances where a rally could stall.
What to Do?
If You Don't Own It
No new purchase, and this is not a call to short. Buying waits for the view to turn to HOLD or BUY, that is, for price to reclaim the averages.
If You Own It
It does not mean “sell everything now”. The plan sees rallies into resistance as a chance to reduce the position. If support breaks, the decline continues; waiting for a rally then adds risk.
Why the View Rarely Changes. The view is reviewed in every edition but changes only on a concrete trigger: a moving average breaking, price closing under the stop, or the entry zone being rebuilt. Indicators come from daily closes; the plan is written for readers of the daily chart, not for intraday trading.
