EQT to acquire Range Resources in $50 billion all-stock deal

Investing.com -- EQT Corporation announced on Monday it will acquire Range Resources Corporation in an all-stock transaction to create a natural gas company with a pro forma enterprise value over $50 billion. Range Resources shares traded over 10% higher following the announcement, while EQT shares fell over 4.5%.
