Amcor announces Board Chair transition

Amcor (NYSE: AMCR, ASX: AMC), a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions, announced today that Graeme Liebelt will not stand for re-election and will retire from the Company's Board of Directors at the end of his current term as a director at Amcor's annual meeting of stockholders on Nov. 11, 2026. Mr. Liebelt has served as Chairman of Amcor plc and its predecessor company for nearly 13 years.
