Empower Appoints Former ExxonMobil Veteran Andrew Sinclair as Chief Public and Government Affairs Officer

DALLAS, October 05, 2026--Empower, a vertically integrated producer of American-made lithium, today announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with Andrew Sinclair joining as chief public and government affairs officer. Sinclair will be based at Empower’s new Washington, D.C. office. The Dallas-based company will also have a presence in Austin under Sinclair’s leadership.
