Live Nation Entertainment Announces Launch of Private Senior Notes Offering

Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) (the "company") announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $840.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 and €500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (collectively, the "Notes").
