Humana (HUM) Recasts CenterWell Clinics With New Joint Venture And Fresh Capital

Humana (NYSE:HUM) has formed a new joint venture with BlackRock's HPS Investment Partners to operate CenterWell senior primary care clinics. The HPS Investment Partners vehicle becomes the new majority owner of the CenterWell clinics platform, replacing Humana's prior partner Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
