Indianapolis Prepares to Celebrate the Sold-Out 19th Annual CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, Half Marathon, & 5K

The streets of Indianapolis will come alive Saturday, Nov. 7, as thousands of runners, walkers and spectators gather for the 19th annual CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. Following the earliest sellout in event history, the 2026 event will welcome participants from all 50 states and more than 35 countries for a monumental celebration of running, health and community.
