Everspin and Teledyne HiRel Partner to Offer MRAM for Aerospace and Defense Applications
Everspin Technologies (NASDAQ:MRAM) and Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors, a unit of Teledyne Technologies (NYSE:TDY), announced a partnership to make Everspin’s PERSYST spin-transfer torque MRAM available through Teledyne HiRel’s memory product portfolio for aerospace and defense customers. The collaboration will initially focus on Everspin’s 256Mb PERSYST STT-MRAM and will also cover the company’s 64Mb and 128Mb PERSYST products.
