H.B. Fuller Appoints R. Jeffrey Bailly to Board of Directors

ST. PAUL, Minn., September 28, 2026--H.B. Fuller Company ("H.B. Fuller" or "the Company") (NYSE: FUL), the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, today announced the appointment of R. Jeffrey Bailly to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. In connection with this appointment, Ruth Kimmelshue will be stepping down from the Board.
