Copart Announces Expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Waiting Period to Acquire ACV

DALLAS, October 14, 2026--Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT) ("Copart") today announced that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the "HSR Act"), in connection with Copart's pending acquisition of ACV Auctions Inc. ("ACV") (NYSE: ACVA) expired at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on October 13, 2026.
