UL Solutions Warns of GFCI and Duplex Wall Outlets Modified by Third Parties to Include Built-in Cameras

NORTHBROOK, Ill., October 16, 2026--UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in applied safety science, issued a public notice regarding ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and duplex wall outlets that were UL Certified by the original manufacturer and bear the UL Mark, but were subsequently modified by third parties to include hidden cameras in the construction.
