Five Nuveen Closed-End Funds Announce Name Changes

CHICAGO, August 31, 2026--The Board of Trustees of five Nuveen closed-end funds have approved changes to each Fund’s name. In connection with the name changes, the Nuveen Core Plus Impact Fund (NYSE: NPCT) and the Nuveen Global High Income Fund (NYSE: JGH) will also adopt revised investment policies associated with their respective new names. There will be no changes in the investment approach or investment objective of any of the funds as a result of the name and investment policy changes.
