MOOSIC, Pa., October 23, 2026--The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. ("Peoples") (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.6250 per share. The dividend is payable December 15, 2026 to shareholders of record November 30, 2026.
