The first ETF focused on memory chip companies — it holds makers of DRAM, the high-bandwidth memory (HBM) used in AI servers, NAND flash and SSDs. Launched by Roundhill in April 2026 and actively managed; some positions are held through total return swaps, so the stock weights can add up to more than 100%.
This fund does not track an index; the manager decides what to hold and how much, and the holdings can change often. Some positions may be held through derivatives such as swaps.

Roundhill Daily File · As of October 23, 2026
Weights come from the issuer's daily file; cash and collateral items are left out.
Positions held through swaps are combined with the underlying stock (as the fund itself reports them). Swaps work like leverage, so the stock weights can add up to more than 100%.
